Ο κ. Χρήστος Χρήστου είναι Διπλωματούχος Ηλεκτρολόγος Μηχανικός του Εθνικού Μετσόβιου Πολυτεχνείου και κάτοχος MBA στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων από το Πανεπιστήμιο Πειραιά.
Είναι εγγεγραμμένος στο Τεχνικό Επιμελητήριο Ελλάδος από το 2009 και διαθέτει περισσότερα από 15 χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας στον σχεδιασμό, τη διαχείριση και τη λειτουργία σύνθετων ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών έργων.
Σήμερα κατέχει τη θέση του Διευθύνοντος Συμβούλου στη Meccanica Facilities MAE, ενώ έχει διατελέσει Διευθύνων Σύμβουλος και Διευθυντής Λειτουργίας στην ΑΚΤΩΡ Facility Management MAE, όπου είχε την ευθύνη για τον στρατηγικό σχεδιασμό, τη λειτουργική ανάπτυξη και τη διαχείριση μεγάλων τεχνικών έργων και συμβάσεων Facility Management.
Κατά τη διάρκεια της επαγγελματικής του πορείας έχει αναλάβει ηγετικούς ρόλους ως Project Director και Υπεύθυνος Έργου σε έργα υψηλών απαιτήσεων, με εξειδίκευση στη λειτουργία και συντήρηση ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών εγκαταστάσεων, ενεργειακών υποδομών και κρίσιμων εγκαταστάσεων. Έχει διαχειριστεί έργα σε εγκαταστάσεις μεγάλης κλίμακας, όπως η Νέα Μαρίνα Αλίμου και το συγκρότημα του Αστέρα Βουλιαγμένης, καθώς και σε σύνθετα κτιριακά περιβάλλοντα όπως data centers, εμπορικά κέντρα και γραφειακά συγκροτήματα.
Έχει επίσης συμβάλει στον σχεδιασμό και την υλοποίηση έργων ενεργειακής αναβάθμισης και “έξυπνων” υποδομών, συμπεριλαμβανομένων συστημάτων τηλεδιαχείρισης φωτισμού και BMS/BEMS, ενώ διαθέτει σημαντική εμπειρία στη διαχείριση ενεργειακών πόρων και τη βελτιστοποίηση λειτουργίας τεχνικών εγκαταστάσεων.
Σήμερα, είναι υπεύθυνος για τη συνολική στρατηγική ανάπτυξη της εταιρείας Meccanica Facilities, την υλοποίηση έργων στους τομείς του Utilities, του Facility Management, των υποδομών, καθώς και για την παροχή καινοτόμων και βιώσιμων τεχνικών λύσεων σε μεγάλους οργανισμούς και εγκαταστάσεις.

Mr. Christos Christou is a Diploma Electrical Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens and holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus.
He has been a registered member of the Technical Chamber of Greece since 2009 and has more than 15 years of professional experience in the design, management, and operation of complex electromechanical projects.
He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Meccanica Facilities SMSA, while he has previously held the positions of Chief Executive Officer and Operations Director at AKTOR Facility Management SMSA, where he was responsible for strategic planning, operational development, and the management of large-scale technical projects and Facility Management contracts.
Throughout his professional career, he has held leadership roles as Project Director and Project Manager in high-demand projects, specializing in the operation and maintenance of electromechanical installations, energy infrastructure, and critical facilities. He has managed projects in large-scale installations such as Alimos Marina and the Astir Vouliagmeni complex, as well as in complex building environments including data centers, commercial centers, and office buildings.
He has also contributed to the design and implementation of energy upgrade projects and “smart” infrastructure, including lighting telemanagement systems and BMS/BEMS systems, while possessing significant experience in energy management and the optimization of technical operations.
Today, he is responsible for the overall strategic development of Meccanica Facilities, the execution of projects in the fields of Utilities, Facility Management, and infrastructure, as well as for delivering innovative and sustainable technical solutions to large organizations and facilities.
